Electronic and mech. design
The company has its own development team,
that designs and develops electronic equipment in accordance with European directives and associated standards (LVD, ATEX, EMC and standards such as EN60335, EN50014-50020 etc.). The team has specialist knowledge and experience in designing equipment intended for explosive area, above all intrinsically safe equipment and flame-proof boxes.
The company maintains a high standard
by using modern components in its applications. Designers are regularly informed of the latest technology by direct contact with leading electronic component manufacturers and distributors. The company has experience in designing electronic circuits in the field of analogue technology (including high-frequency circuits), telecommunications primarily using GSM and GPS technology and also digital technology including designing microprocessor systems - hardware and software. The company uses CAD applications to design electronic circuits (drawing schemata, designing printed circuit boards, technological specifications for manufacture).
Development department
is equipped with modern development tools for work with processors including C translators and emulators. All the essential equipment is available to the design team – multimeters, laboratory power supplies, programming tools, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
A big advantage
is tight co-operation between the department of electro design and mechanical department. A consistent document management system is applied to the whole development and subsequent process of manufacture. Testing of equipment for explosive area is performed in the Physical-Technical Testing Institute, which is accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute and authorized by the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing.
Mechanical development
Development and construction office of the mechanical production and construction department provides services first of all in the following spheres:
- development and construction of mechanical parts and equipment including 3D modelling (Autodesk Invertor Professional)
- development and construction of mechanical parts and equipment for explosive area including ensuring certification according to ATEX and IECEX standards
- production of spare parts catalogues for simple and medium-complex equipment in 3D
- creation of technological processes and programming of CNC machines (using EdgeCAM)
- The company also has at its disposal a hydraulic testing laboratory with its own testing equipment for hydraulic circuits.
The development and construction office is made up of one technological and several construction workplaces. Construction workplaces are equipped with Autodesk 3D CAD systems, EdgeCAM CAM system and a common plotter for either black and white or color printing up to A1 format. The technologist ensures the creation of technological processes, test reports, price calculations, input, interoperational and output quality control and co-ordinates supplies for mechanical production. The developers have at their disposal a hydraulic testing laboratory with its own testing equipment for hydraulic circuits and a machine shop with all standard measuring equipment. There is close collaboration between the development of engine plants and electronic development in the sphere of control and operation of machines and equipment.
