The mechanical production department
produces mechanical equipment and components both for its own electro-mechanical products and for external customers.
- manufacture of mechanical parts and equipment
- manufacture of flame-proof boxes and metal boxes with high IP rating
- engraving of metal and plastic labels, production of 3D models from non-ferrous metals
The company has at its disposal:
- CNC machines – two-axis CNC turning lathe, five-axis CNC turning lathe, three-axis CNC milling machine for cutting ptastic, aluminium and others
- standard machine tools – centre lathes, a console milling machine, a pedestal-type milling machine, a swing drilling machine, an upright drilling machine, etc.
- inert atmosphere welders including TIG technology
- a bomar band saw, grinders, table shears, a workshop press, etc.
- standard control and measurement equipment
The department tightly co-operates with leading engineering companies in the region mainly for flame cutting, cutting, bending, precise machining, heat treating and protective surface finishes.
Technological measuring and test equipment together with the established working ties enables the mechanical production department, in co-operation with other departments of the company, to manufacture and test complete equipment and mechanical systems including their control systems.
