Product testing

 

 

The company has at its disposal

a testing system which can be controlled using a HP-IB bus. The system comprises 96 I/O lines, a very accurate voltmeter, a Rohde&Schwarz SMX generator (100 kHz - 1 GHz), a programmable attenuation element, a Hewlett Packard 436A high frequency Watt meter, a vector voltmeter for measuring exact and coefficient reflections and an Advantest R3261C (9kHZ- 2.5 GHz) spectral analyzer.

 

Test procedures are carried out using computer programs for controlling instruments on the HP-IB bus or programs for controlling measuring cards on a PC. Testing devices are single purpose pieces of equipment which function completely independently or connected to a PC.

 

 

Climate testing

 

During equipment development and the burn-in of finished products a climatic chamber is used. The WEISS Umwelttechnik chamber has an internal volume of 335 dm³ and has programmable setting of temperature and humidity in the range:

 

-40 to +180 ºC

10 to 98 %

A Schaffner Best EMC tester is used for EMC durability tests, it enables Burst, ESD, Surge and PQT testing according to the standards:

Final testing is performed by accredited testing laboratories in the Czech Republic, with which we have already been co-operating for a longer period of time.

A Rohde&Schwarz SMX generator, a high frequency amplifier 1-1000 MHz power output 10W and a logarithmic periodical aerial are used for EMC durability tests against external electromagnetic fields. This equipment enables approximate testing according to the standard:

An Advantest R3261C (9kHZ - 2,5 GHz) spectral analyzer, a logarithmic periodical aerial and a RFT LISN 10A mains isolator are used to test applied voltage during emission to the mains and emission of electromagnetic field in the space.
This equipment enables approximate testing of high frequency emission into the space and the mains supply according to the standard:
